Yearly Registration fees are $50.00 per annum payable in advance.

In consideration of the acceptance by West Toronto Pacer of the membership fees paid by me, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, waive and forever discharge West Toronto Pacers, its officers, directors or agents, sponsors, the Ontario Track and Field Association, Memorial Pool and Health Club, and the City of Toronto from all claims, demands, dangers, costs, expenses, actions, and causes of action, whether in law or in equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising as a result of my membership in West Toronto Pacers or participation in Club events, whether as a spectator, participant, competitor or otherwise, and notwithstanding that same may have been contributed to or caused by the negligence of any of those mentioned above.

I further undertake to hold harmless and agree to indemnify any or all of those listed above from and against all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of, or in any way connected with my participation in West Toronto Pacers.

I agree to respect the privacy of West Toronto Pacers members and comply with all rules set out by West Toronto Pacers concerning the use of any information made available to me.

I warrant that I am physically fit and able to participate in Club activities.
