WHAT SHOULD I WEAR

Check out this handy tool it allows you to enter temp, wind conditions as well as how you like to feel (temp-wise) when you run. Once done it pops up the appropriate clothes you need for the run. Be sure to visit this site. Now all we need is a program that wakes us up, dresses us and feeds us.
